Es ist umweltfreundlicher als das alte Heiz\u00f6l und erf\u00fcllt strengere Qualit\u00e4tsstandards. Seit mehreren Jahren wird seine Verwendung durch immer genauere Vorschriften geregelt, insbesondere um Betrug zu verhindern und eine bessere \u00dcberwachung der Lagerung und des Transports zu gew\u00e4hrleisten.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Seit <\/span><b>Juli 2024<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">wurden neue Regeln f\u00fcr die Besteuerung von Heiz\u00f6l eingef\u00fchrt, insbesondere die Anwendung eines reduzierten Steuersatzes f\u00fcr Heiz\u00f6l. <\/span><b>Erm\u00e4\u00dfigter Verbrauchsteuersatz<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  unter bestimmten Bedingungen. Er ist sauberer als das alte Heiz\u00f6l, enth\u00e4lt weniger Schadstoffe und entspricht den strengen europ\u00e4ischen Normen. Juli 2024<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Die Besteuerung von Dieselkraftstoff f\u00fcr nicht stra\u00dfengebundene Zwecke wurde ge\u00e4ndert, um die Verwaltung f\u00fcr die Landwirte zu vereinfachen. GNR, das f\u00fcr einen   <\/span><b>Land- oder forstwirtschaftliche Nutzung<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> kann nun direkt zum Verbrauch zu einem Preis in den Verkehr gebracht werden, der dem des Weines entspricht. <\/span><b>zu einem erm\u00e4\u00dfigten Verbrauchsteuersatz von 3,86 \u20ac\/hl verkauft werden.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Die Steuer wird in der Regel in H\u00f6he von 2,5 % des Verbrauchsteuersatzes, d.h. in H\u00f6he von 2,5 %, erhoben, ohne dass der Verbraucher die gesamte Steuer vorstrecken muss.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Um in den Genuss der Beihilfe zu kommen, muss der Landwirt einen entsprechenden Nachweis vorlegen. <\/span><b>eine Bescheinigung \u00fcber die F\u00f6rderf\u00e4higkeit<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  an seinen H\u00e4ndler. Ohne dieses Dokument wird der Kraftstoff zum allgemeinen Tarif berechnet.
