Der April 2026 machte den <strong>800<\/strong> franz\u00f6sischen Kraftstoffh\u00e4ndlern auf schmerzhafte Weise deutlich, dass ihr Gesch\u00e4ft von einer Lieferkette abh\u00e4ngt, \u00fcber die sie keinerlei Kontrolle haben. Doch das eigentliche Problem \u2013 dasjenige, das dar\u00fcber entscheiden wird, wer in zehn Jahren noch im Gesch\u00e4ft ist \u2013 ist nicht der Preis pro Barrel \u00d6l. Es ist die F\u00e4higkeit zur Transformation.     <\/p>\n<p>Wir haben mit <strong>Jacques Goisque<\/strong>, dem Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer der <strong>F\u00e9d\u00e9ration Fran\u00e7aise des Combustibles, Carburants et Chauffage<\/strong> (FF3C), gesprochen, um mehr dar\u00fcber zu erfahren. Seit Januar 2025 steht er an der Spitze eines Verbandes mit knapp 800 Mitgliedern und arbeitet mit regionalen Verb\u00e4nden im ganzen Land zusammen. Der Verband <strong>FF3C<\/strong>, der seit Januar 2025 von Jacques Goisque geleitet wird, vereint knapp 800 dieser Unternehmen und koordiniert <strong>die lokalen Gewerkschaften<\/strong> im ganzen Land.   <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-2 fusion-sep-none fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-two\" style=\"--awb-margin-top-small:0px;--awb-margin-right-small:0px;--awb-margin-bottom-small:20px;--awb-margin-left-small:0px;\" id=\"toc_Un_secteur_sous_tension\"><h2 class=\"fusion-title-heading title-heading-left\" style=\"margin:0;\">Eine Branche unter Druck: Was der geopolitische Schock offenbart hat<\/h2><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-5\"><p>Das Szenario spielte sich in zwei Phasen ab. Zun\u00e4chst herrschte Panik. \u201eDie Mitglieder hatten sehr hart gearbeitet und innerhalb k\u00fcrzester Zeit zahlreiche Auftr\u00e4ge erhalten\u201c, erkl\u00e4rt Jacques Goisque. Die spontane Reaktion: Produkte um jeden Preis zu sichern, aus Angst vor einer Verknappung. Dann kam die Wende. Die Preise stiegen stark an, die Nachfrage versiegte ebenso schnell, wie sie zuvor angestiegen war, und die Gesch\u00e4ftst\u00e4tigkeit ging zur\u00fcck \u2013 mit Ausnahme der Landwirtschaft, die im April wieder an Fahrt gewann, jedoch weiterhin vorsichtig blieb.       <\/p>\n<p>Wichtig ist, dass es \u2013 entgegen der allgemeinen Erwartung \u2013 keine <strong>Versorgungsengp\u00e4sse<\/strong> gab. \u201eWir haben Lagerbest\u00e4nde, es gibt kein Problem mit Produktknappheit, aber wir haben Produkte, deren <strong>Preise<\/strong> sehr hoch sind.\u201c Die Schockwelle schlug sich in <strong>den Preisen<\/strong> nieder, nicht <strong>im Absatzvolumen<\/strong>. Und sie traf <strong>Diesel<\/strong> st\u00e4rker als Benzin, da Frankreich einen gro\u00dfen Teil seiner Fertigprodukte importiert. Diese Importabh\u00e4ngigkeit erkl\u00e4rt den Preisunterschied, den Autofahrer an der Tankstelle bemerkt haben.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-6\"><div class=\"fd-callout fd-callout-note\">\n<p><strong>Anmerkung<\/strong><br \/>\n: W\u00e4hrend des Schocks im April 2026 kam es zu keinen <strong>Versorgungsengp\u00e4ssen<\/strong>: Die Lagerbest\u00e4nde waren vorhanden, lediglich der <strong>Preis<\/strong> stieg sprunghaft an. Die Schockwelle wirkte sich auf den Preis aus, nicht auf das Volumen \u2013 ein Unterschied, der Ihre Einkaufsstrategie grundlegend ver\u00e4ndert.   <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-7\"><p>Die Regierung reagierte mit einem Elektrifizierungsplan. Die Branche hatte sich etwas anderes erwartet. \u201eDie Wirtschaftsakteure suchten nach kurzfristigen L\u00f6sungen, nicht nach einem Elektrifizierungsplan f\u00fcr die n\u00e4chsten 10, 15 oder 20 Jahre\u201c, fasst Jacques Goisque zusammen. Der politische Zeithorizont und der operative Zeithorizont sind nicht aufeinander abgestimmt.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-3 fusion-sep-none fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-two\" style=\"--awb-margin-top-small:0px;--awb-margin-right-small:0px;--awb-margin-bottom-small:20px;--awb-margin-left-small:0px;\" id=\"toc_Le_biofioul_le_pari_concret\"><h2 class=\"fusion-title-heading title-heading-left\" style=\"margin:0;\">Biokraftstoff \u2013 ein konkretes Bekenntnis zur Branche<\/h2><\/div><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-4 fusion-sep-none fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-three\" style=\"--awb-margin-top-small:0px;--awb-margin-right-small:0px;--awb-margin-bottom-small:20px;--awb-margin-left-small:0px;\"><h3 class=\"fusion-title-heading title-heading-left\" style=\"margin:0;\">Was sind Biofioul F30 und Biofioul F100?<\/h3><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-8\"><p><strong>Biofioul<\/strong> ist ein Heizbrennstoff, bei dem <strong>Ester aus erneuerbaren Quellen<\/strong> in herk\u00f6mmliches Heiz\u00f6l eingemischt werden. <strong>F30<\/strong> enth\u00e4lt 30 % Ester und wird bereits von den Vertreibern eingesetzt. Die Produktion von <strong>F55<\/strong> mit einem Esteranteil von 55 % soll im n\u00e4chsten Jahr hochgefahren werden. Der <strong>F100<\/strong>, ein zu 100 % erneuerbarer Brennstoff, befindet sich derzeit im Standardisierungsprozess, wobei die Tests als schl\u00fcssig bewertet wurden.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-9\"><p>Hierin liegt die Zukunft der Vertriebsunternehmen, und Jacques Goisque macht daraus keinen Hehl. Der Kurs ist vorgezeichnet: vom aktuellen <strong>F30<\/strong> zum <strong>F55<\/strong> und dann weiter zum <strong>F100<\/strong>. Ein und dieselbe Flotte von Kundentanks kann herk\u00f6mmliches Heiz\u00f6l, F30 oder k\u00fcnftig auch F55 enthalten. Den \u00dcberblick dar\u00fcber zu behalten, welches Produkt sich in welchem Tank befindet und wie hoch der F\u00fcllstand ist, wird zu einer t\u00e4glichen betrieblichen Herausforderung \u2013 und nicht mehr nur zu einer Angabe im Bericht. Genau diese Art von Komplexit\u00e4t l\u00e4sst sich durch <strong>Felddaten<\/strong> bew\u00e4ltigen, worauf wir weiter unten noch zur\u00fcckkommen werden.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-5 fusion-sep-none fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-two\" style=\"--awb-margin-top-small:0px;--awb-margin-right-small:0px;--awb-margin-bottom-small:20px;--awb-margin-left-small:0px;\" id=\"toc_Concentration_et_dernier_metre\"><h2 class=\"fusion-title-heading title-heading-left\" style=\"margin:0;\">Konzentration und die \u201eletzte Meile\u201c: Der Einzelhandel strukturiert sich neu<\/h2><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-11\"><p>Das Bild der Branche hat sich bereits gewandelt. Die <strong>Konzentration der Marktteilnehmer<\/strong> schreitet seit langem voran: weniger, daf\u00fcr besser strukturierte Unternehmen, gr\u00f6\u00dfere Absatzmengen. Andererseits geht der Verbrauch fossiler Brennstoffe zur\u00fcck. Doch \u2013 und genau das m\u00f6chten die H\u00e4ndler betonen \u2013 dieser R\u00fcckgang verl\u00e4uft <strong>langsam und stetig<\/strong>.
