Und jede ungenaue Sch\u00e4tzung r\u00e4cht sich in Form von nicht vollst\u00e4ndig ausgelasteten Touren oder <strong>Eillieferungen<\/strong>. Die eigentliche Herausforderung bestand nicht darin, die F\u00fcllst\u00e4nde \u201ezu sehen\u201c, sondern jeden Morgen zu wissen, <strong>wohin die Lkw entsandt werden sollten<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-3 fusion-sep-none fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-two\" style=\"--awb-margin-top-small:0px;--awb-margin-right-small:0px;--awb-margin-bottom-small:20px;--awb-margin-left-small:0px;\" id=\"toc_La_solution_des_sondes_de_niveau_connectees_une_plateforme_unique\"><h2 class=\"fusion-title-heading title-heading-left\" style=\"margin:0;\">Die L\u00f6sung: vernetzte F\u00fcllstandssonden, eine einzige Plattform<\/h2><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-12\"><p>FOUR DATA entwickelt und fertigt <strong>ber\u00fchrungslose F\u00fcllstandssensoren<\/strong>, die oben am Silo bzw. Beh\u00e4lter angebracht werden und den Abstand zur Oberfl\u00e4che von Granulat bzw. Brennstoffen messen.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr ein festes Produkt wie Pellets ist die <strong>Ultraschallmessung<\/strong> die Standardtechnologie: Sie kommt nicht mit dem Brennstoff in Ber\u00fchrung, l\u00e4sst sich ohne Bohrungen am Silo installieren und eignet sich sowohl f\u00fcr bestehende als auch f\u00fcr neue Anlagen.<\/p>\n<p>Die Sonde \u00fcbermittelt ihre Messwerte in regelm\u00e4\u00dfigen Abst\u00e4nden \u00fcber ein <strong>Netzwerk mit geringer \u00dcbertragungsrate<\/strong> (NB-IoT, LTE-M oder LoRaWAN, je nach Netzabdeckung am Standort), ohne dass eine Verkabelung oder ein Eingriff seitens des Kunden erforderlich ist.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-image-element\"
