Zwei Vermieter, die denselben Generator zum gleichen Preis anbieten, unterscheiden sich ausschlie\u00dflich im Bereich des Service: Welcher der beiden kann seinem Kunden mitteilen, wie viel <strong>GNR<\/strong> noch im Tank ist, wo sich die Ger\u00e4te befinden und wann die n\u00e4chste Lieferung geplant ist? <\/p>\n<p>Was <strong>OEMs<\/strong> betrifft, gilt dieselbe Argumentation, allerdings mit einem zus\u00e4tzlichen Vorteil. Ein Hersteller von Tanks, der seine Ger\u00e4te mit <strong>integrierter Telemetrie<\/strong> ausliefert, verkauft ein Produkt, das sich von anderen abhebt, und beh\u00e4lt auch nach dem Verkauf eine Verbindung zu den Ger\u00e4ten: Nutzungsdaten, Wartung, Nachr\u00fcstung. <\/p>\n<p>Das Gesch\u00e4ftsmodell ver\u00e4ndert sich dabei. Ein gemietetes Ger\u00e4t bringt Mieteinnahmen ein \u2013 Punkt. Ein <strong>Ger\u00e4t mit Internetverbindung<\/strong> bringt Mieteinnahmen ein, zuz\u00fcglich eines Abonnements f\u00fcr die \u00dcberwachung sowie einer Marge f\u00fcr das Nachf\u00fcllen von Kraftstoff oder Wartungsarbeiten, die auf der Grundlage der Daten ausgel\u00f6st werden.
