Het resultaat is bij alle operators bekend:  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>vrachtwagens die halfvol vertrekken;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>klanten met pauze die dringend bellen;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>mijlen afgelegd voor niets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Telemetrie<\/strong> verandert deze vergelijking door elke tank van een afstand zichtbaar te maken.<\/p>\n<p>Voor onze podcast sprak Fran\u00e7ois Cl\u00e9ment, Sales Director van FOUR DATA, met Oliver McCarthy, General Manager van <a href=\"https:\/\/rochestersensorseurope.com\/\"><strong>Tekelek<\/strong> (Rochester Sensors Group)<\/a>, die meer dan 6,5 miljoen sensoren in bedrijf bewaakt. Een sensor verzamelt de gegevens in het veld, een netwerk stuurt ze door naar de cloud en de operator kan al zijn apparatuur in de gaten houden zonder ergens naartoe te hoeven gaan. <\/p>\n<p>Oliver McCarthy vat het mechanisme eenvoudig samen: haal gegevens op van een extern apparaat &#8211; een brandstof-, gas- of chemicali\u00ebntank &#8211; en stuur deze naar de cloud. Neem een operator met <strong>tien vrachtwagens<\/strong> op de weg, die <strong>vijfduizend tanks<\/strong> bedienen. Door zoveel mogelijk van deze tanks uit te rusten met een sensor, krijgt hij zicht op zijn hele veldvloot.  <\/p>\n<p>En met deze zichtbaarheid kan hij vaak <strong>een vrachtwagen uit zijn wagenpark verwijderen<\/strong>. Telemetrie wordt een hulpmiddel voor bedrijfsoptimalisatie, niet alleen een afstandsmeter. <\/p>\n<p>Dit is precies wat de <a href=\"https:\/\/fourdata.io\/nl\/solutions\/platforms\/#desk\"><strong>Desk<\/strong><\/a> platform: het centraliseert de niveaus van alle tanks in een vloot en prioriteert rondes op basis van de werkelijke urgentie. Deze markten bereiken een zeker niveau van verzadiging. Oliver McCarthy heeft <strong>twee groeifactoren<\/strong> ge\u00efdentificeerd die beide prioriteit hebben voor FOUR DATA.  <\/p>\n<p>De eerste is <strong>chemicali\u00ebn<\/strong>. Een IBC gevuld met chemicali\u00ebn kan enkele honderdduizenden euro&#8217;s waard zijn: de economische argumenten om deze te monitoren zijn veel sterker dan voor een stookolietank. De tweede is het<strong>milieu<\/strong> &#8211; water, afvalwater, septische tanks &#8211; waar een Europese verordening in voorbereiding kan vereisen dat bepaalde installaties worden gemonitord.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-13\"><div class=\"fd-callout fd-callout-note\">\n<p><strong>Opmerking<\/strong><br \/>\nHoe hoger de waarde van het bedrijfsmiddel waarop toezicht wordt gehouden, hoe groter de rechtvaardiging voor toezicht. Een <strong>chemische IBC<\/strong> die enkele honderdduizenden euro&#8217;s kost, verandert de rentabiliteitsberekening radicaal in vergelijking met een eenvoudige stookolietank. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-14\"><p>FOUR DATA is al actief op deze gebieden: bewaking van smeermiddelen, AdBlue en industri\u00eble vloeistoffen, toezicht op afval en methanisering, en <strong>bewaking van waterstof<\/strong>. Een sensor die hiervan afhankelijk is, wordt stom: controleer of uw apparatuur is gebaseerd op toekomstbestendige technologie\u00ebn voordat u deze gaat gebruiken. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-17\"><p>Oliver McCarthy gelooft dat satellieten uiteindelijk mobiele telefoons zullen vervangen voor dit soort gebruik.
