SFR en Bouygues Telecom zullen tegen december 2026 volgen. <\/p>\n<p>Voor een energieleverancier of industri\u00eble exploitant geldt dat elke meter, modem of <strong>niveausensor<\/strong> die nog is uitgerust met een 2G-module, niet meer zal werken op de datum waarop het netwerk in hun regio wordt uitgeschakeld. De tijdschema\u2019s kunnen worden gewijzigd. <\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-8\"><p>Er is <strong>geen gemeenschappelijke Europese deadline<\/strong>: elke exploitant stelt zijn eigen tijdschema vast, en het verschil loopt op tot wel vijf jaar tussen Zweden \u2013 dat al in december 2025 de steenkoolcentrales geleidelijk zal afbouwen \u2013 en Belgi\u00eb, dat zich tot 2030 de tijd heeft gegeven.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-9\"><div class=\"fd-callout fd-callout-note\">\n<p><strong>Opmerking<\/strong><br \/>\n: Bij een tankpark dat zich over meerdere landen uitstrekt, geldt de datum van <strong>het land waar de tank is ge\u00efnstalleerd<\/strong>, en niet die van de hoofdvestiging van het bedrijf.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-10\"><p>Drie situaties verdienen bijzondere aandacht.<strong>Ten eerste Duitsland:<\/strong> de uitschakeling voor het grote publiek vindt plaats in 2028, maar Vodafone zal tot eind 2030 een 2G-dienst in stand houden<strong>die is voorbehouden aan kritieke IoT-toepassingen<\/strong> (liften, eCall, alarmsystemen). Deze verlenging geldt alleen voor specifieke contracten; een standaard brandstoftanksensor komt hier niet automatisch voor in aanmerking. <\/p>\n<p>Vervolgens is er <strong>Belgi\u00eb<\/strong>, waar de volgorde omgekeerd is: 3G is daar sinds medio 2025 uitgeschakeld, terwijl 2G tot uiterlijk 2030 in gebruik blijft. Een 3G-modem werkt daar dus niet meer, terwijl zijn 2G-tegenhanger dat wel nog doet. Tot slot <strong>Denemarken<\/strong>: geen enkele provider heeft een datum aangekondigd, wat geen garantie biedt voor het voortbestaan ervan. Als er daar vandaag nieuwe 2G-apparatuur zou worden ingezet, zou dat neerkomen op het installeren van een technologie die elders in Europa al is afgeschreven.   <\/p>\n<p>Voor een distributeur die actief is in Frankrijk, de Benelux en de DACH-regio betekent deze verschillen dat er <strong>voor elk land<\/strong> afzonderlijk een <strong>terugwerkend tijdschema<\/strong> moet worden opgesteld, in plaats van \u00e9\u00e9n algemeen plan. FOUR DATA implementeert zijn <a href=\"https:\/\/fourdata.io\/nl\/solutions\/sensoren\/\">LTE-M-, NB-IoT- en LoRaWAN-sensoren<\/a> in deze verschillende markten en stemt de vervangingsfasen af op het lokale tijdschema van elke operator: eerst Frankrijk en Zweden, vervolgens Nederland en Noorwegen, en in een tweede fase Duitsland en Belgi\u00eb.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-4 fusion-sep-none fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-two\" style=\"--awb-margin-top-small:0px;--awb-margin-right-small:0px;--awb-margin-bottom-small:20px;--awb-margin-left-small:0px;\" id=\"toc_Pourquoi_vos_capteurs_de_cuves_sont_en_premiere_ligne\"><h2 class=\"fusion-title-heading title-heading-left\" style=\"margin:0;\">Waarom je tanksensoren in de frontlinie staan<\/h2><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-11\"><p>E\u00e9n 2G-smartphone valt op: je kunt er niet meer mee bellen, klaagt de eigenaar. Een <strong>niveausensor<\/strong> die acht jaar geleden op een LPG-tank in een landelijk gebied is ge\u00efnstalleerd, zendt geen signaal meer uit. Hij stopt met het verzenden van de meetgegevens, het platform geeft de laatst bekende waarde weer en niemand merkt het op tot de volgende inspectie \u2013 of, erger nog, totdat <strong>er een lek ontstaat bij de klant<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n<p>De cijfers van Arcep bevestigen de omvang van de achterstand. Eind maart 2026 vermeldde het kwartaalverslag van Arcep nog steeds 2 miljoen simkaarten in apparaten die alleen 2G ondersteunen, en 4,5 miljoen als ook 2G\/3G-apparaten worden meegerekend. Een aanzienlijk deel van dit totaal bestaat uit <strong>M2M-apparaten<\/strong>: noodalarmen, meters, trackers en, meer specifiek, brandstofniveausensoren en <strong>telemetriemodems<\/strong> die begin jaren 2010 zijn ge\u00efnstalleerd.  <\/p>\n<p>Deze apparaten vallen om \u00e9\u00e9n simpele reden buiten het bereik van traditionele IT-inventarissen: ze zijn van niemand. De tank staat bij de eindklant, de sensor is ge\u00efnstalleerd door een onderaannemer, de <strong>simkaart<\/strong> wordt beheerd door een externe M2M-operator en het abonnement wordt al jaren automatisch verlengd. Het gevolg: op de dag van de storing raakt de distributeur zonder enige voorafgaande waarschuwing het overzicht kwijt over tientallen of <strong>honderden inventarislocaties<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n<p>Bij FOUR DATA hebben we verschillende distributeurs bij dit inventarisatieproces begeleid. Keer op keer zien we hetzelfde patroon: het werkelijke aantal installaties blijkt hoger te zijn dan aanvankelijk was ingeschat, omdat de oudste installaties ook het minst goed gedocumenteerd zijn.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-5 fusion-sep-none fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-two\" style=\"--awb-margin-top-small:0px;--awb-margin-right-small:0px;--awb-margin-bottom-small:20px;--awb-margin-left-small:0px;\" id=\"toc_Inventorier_son_parc_M2M_la_methode_en_5_etapes\"><h2 class=\"fusion-title-heading title-heading-left\" style=\"margin:0;\">Een inventarisatie maken van je M2M-apparaten: een methode in 5 stappen<\/h2><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-12\"><ol>\n<li><strong>Stel<\/strong> voor elke provider of M2M-connectiviteitsaanbieder <strong>een lijst op van actieve simkaarten<\/strong>, met vermelding van de toegangstechnologie (2G, 3G, 4G, LTE-M, NB-IoT).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Vergelijk de gegevens met de lijst van veldapparatuur<\/strong>: meters, modems, besturingseenheden, GPS-trackers, inclusief serienummers, installatiedata en locaties.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ga na welke apparaten alleen 2G ondersteunen en<\/strong> welke zowel <strong>3G als 2G<\/strong> ondersteunen: volgens het tijdschema van de providers zullen deze geleidelijk uit gebruik worden genomen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Beoordeel elke locatie<\/strong>: het belang van de voorraad, de afstand, de bereikbaarheid, of het al dan niet om een strategische klant gaat, en of er sprake is van een ATEX-zone.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Stel het vervangingsschema op<\/strong>, te beginnen met de zones waarvan de vervaldata het dichtstbij zijn.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-13\"><p>In stap 4 wordt een Excel-bestand omgezet in <strong>een actieplan<\/strong>. In de meeste parken die we hebben ge\u00efnspecteerd, volstaat een <strong>indeling in drie categorie\u00ebn<\/strong>. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Niveau 1 moet worden aangepakt voordat het gebied wordt afgesloten.<\/strong> Locaties waar een defecte sensor een <strong>direct risico<\/strong> vormt: een gaslek bij een zakelijke klant, wateroverlast op een ICPE-locatie of <a href=\"https:\/\/fourdata.io\/nl\/industry\/oliegaz\/cuve-connectee\/\">een GNR-tank op een boerderij<\/a> tijdens de oogst. Op deze locaties wordt de vervanging gepland als een prioritaire ingreep, en niet als een routineonderhoudstaak. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Niveau 2: Binnen 6 maanden afronden.<\/strong>  Locaties die op afstand worden gemonitord om bezorgroutes te optimaliseren, zonder dat dit een direct risico op voorraadtekorten met zich meebrengt. Gegevensverlies leidt in deze context tot een verslechtering van <strong>de logistieke prestaties<\/strong> (het moeten terugbellen van klanten, onvolledig gevulde bezorgroutes), zonder dat dit een veiligheidscrisis veroorzaakt. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Niveau 3, nog te beoordelen.<\/strong>  Apparatuur waarvan de commerci\u00eble levensduur is verstreken, opgezegde klantaccounts en verwijderde tanks. De uitfasering van 2G biedt de gelegenheid om <strong>de voorraad apparatuur op te ruimen<\/strong> en te stoppen met het betalen van SIM-abonnementsgelden voor inactieve aansluitingen. <\/p>\n<p>Dit sorteerproces heeft een nuttig neveneffect: het brengt de werkelijke kosten van het verouderde apparatuurpark aan het licht.
