Klanten hebben gereageerd zoals u zou verwachten: ze bestellen telkens minder, wachten tot het laatste moment en kijken uit naar een prijsdaling. <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">Voor een huishouden is dat een manier om <strong>de rekening te spreiden<\/strong>. Voor de distributeur is het een logistieke vergelijking die steeds slechter uitpakt: meer stops voor hetzelfde volume, meer spoedgevallen, <strong>ritten die moeilijker te vullen zijn<\/strong>. <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">Een <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tf1.fr\/tf1\/jt-20h\/videos\/carburants-encore-trop-chers-des-livraisons-de-fioul-en-petites-portions-46161443.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">verslag uitgezonden door TF1<\/a> in oktober liet dit duidelijk zien, met getuigenissen van Emmanuel Ampaud, voorzitter van de Franse federatie van brandstofdistributeurs <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ff3c.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">FF3C<\/a>. De <strong>vaste kosten van elke stop<\/strong> worden daarom over minder liters gespreid. <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">Emmanuel Ampaud vatte het samen voor de camera&#8217;s van TF1: of u nu 500 of 1.000 liter aan een klant levert, de administratieve en menselijke tijd blijft hetzelfde. Het is de eerste indicator die verslechtert wanneer de prijzen stijgen. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-9 fd-body\"><p style=\"text-align:justify;\">De druk komt niet alleen van het volume. Distributiemarges hebben de neiging te dalen wanneer de prijzen voor ruwe olie stijgen, en stijgende prijzen zetten de cashflow onder druk. <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">Een distributeur absorbeert dus <strong>duurdere ritten<\/strong> met minder financi\u00eble manoeuvreerruimte.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-2 fusion-sep-none fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-two\" style=\"--awb-margin-top-small:0px;--awb-margin-right-small:0px;--awb-margin-bottom-small:20px;--awb-margin-left-small:0px;\" id=\"toc_What_the_TF1_report_reveals_about_new_buying_behaviour\"><h2 class=\"fusion-title-heading title-heading-left\" style=\"margin:0;\">Wat de TF1-rapportage onthult over nieuw koopgedrag<\/h2><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-10 fd-body\"><p style=\"text-align:justify;\">De <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tf1.fr\/tf1\/jt-20h\/videos\/carburants-encore-trop-chers-des-livraisons-de-fioul-en-petites-portions-46161443.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">rapportage<\/a> volgt twee bezorgers die een reeks stops met kleine hoeveelheden afwerken, hier 500 liter, daar 300 liter. Bovenal brengt het <strong>drie gedragingen<\/strong> naar voren die tot het voorjaar op de ritten zullen wegen. <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">De eerste is <strong>gedeeltelijke vulling<\/strong>. Een ge\u00efnterviewde gepensioneerde klant heeft een tank van 1.000 liter, maar laat deze slechts voor de helft vullen, omdat hij een volle tank niet in \u00e9\u00e9n keer kan betalen. Hij is van plan om in het voorjaar bij te vullen, wanneer de prijs naar verwachting lager zal zijn.  <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">Zijn redenering is rationeel. Het betekent ook <strong>weer een bezoek in het diepst van de winter<\/strong>. <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">De tweede is <strong>op het laatste moment bestellen<\/strong>. Klanten wachten tot de tank bijna leeg is voordat ze bellen. Elke late bestelling verkort het venster dat de distributeur heeft om deze in een coherente rit in te passen.  <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">De derde is <strong>wachten op een prijsdaling<\/strong>. Op 7 oktober kondigde de Franse regering de vrijgave van strategische dieselreserves aan, met een verwacht effect in november. Volgens TF1 valt huisbrandolie uiteindelijk toch onder de regeling. Sommige klanten zullen hun bestelling daarom uitstellen tot die tijd, en dan allemaal tegelijk bestellen.   <\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-11 fd-body\"><p style=\"text-align:justify;\">Het bedrijf dat door TF1 werd gevolgd, reageerde door voor het eerst een <strong>leveringsstaffel van 300 tot 500 liter<\/strong> te cre\u00ebren. Het schat de extra kosten van deze herhaalde bezoeken op 200.000 euro tegen eind december. <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">De prijscontext verklaart de voorzichtigheid. Volgens <strong>wekelijkse DGEC-prijsenqu\u00eates<\/strong> was een liter stookolie geleverd in de staffel van 2.000 tot 4.999 liter eind februari 2026 <strong>1,2250 euro inclusief btw<\/strong> waard. Deze bereikte <strong>1,9374 euro<\/strong> op 18 september, het hoogste niveau sinds het begin van de metingen in januari 2020.
