Confidentiality and cookies
This confidentiality policy defines and informs you of the manner in which the FOUR DATA site, as data controller, uses and protects the information that you transmit when you use the four-data.io site (hereinafter “the Site”).
This confidentiality policy may be modified or supplemented at any time by the FOUR DATA site. The date of its update will then be expressly stated. You are bound by these modifications as soon as they are put on line and we advise you to consult them regularly.
By using the Site, you expressly consent to our confidentiality policy, of which you declare that you are fully aware.
1. Information collected
The FOUR DATA website collects personal information about you when you subscribe to the newsletter or submit a contact form. The information collected is your surname, first name, e-mail address and telephone number.
Finally, we automatically receive and record information from your computer and browser, including your IP address, when you visit the Site.
2. Purposes of collecting information
All the information we collect from you is used to :

3. Retention period
The FOUR DATA site only keeps personal data for the time necessary for the operations for which they were collected.

– Prospect data, i.e. that of persons who have submitted a form, is kept for a period of two years from the date of its collection or the last connection to the Site of the prospect.
– Information stored in users’ terminals (cookies) or any other element used to identify users and enabling users to be traced is kept for twelve months.
4. Confidentiality
The FOUR DATA site is the sole owner of the information collected on the Site. Your personal information will not be sold, exchanged, transferred or given to another company for commercial purposes without your consent.
On the other hand, this data may be entrusted to subcontractors for the proper execution of orders placed or to third parties responsible for the management and/or operation of the Site, who are under no circumstances authorised to use it for purposes outside the strict scope of their mission or to sell, exchange or transfer your data to third parties.

Articles on this site may include embedded content (videos, images, articles, etc.). Content integrated from other sites behaves in the same way as if the visitor went to that other site. These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed third-party tracking tools, track your interactions with this embedded content if you have a logged-in account on their website.

5. Protection of information
We ensure that any service provider or sub-contractor that we may use to collect and process the data that you communicate to us presents adequate guarantees in terms of confidentiality, use and data protection.
The computers and servers used to store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
6. Right of access, rectification and opposition
You have the right to access, limit, rectify, delete and object to the use of your personal data transmitted to the Site.

Given our obligation of security and confidentiality in the processing of personal data, any request must be accompanied by a photocopy or scan of your identity document (identity card, passport, driving licence).
